Joe Murray has spent more than 25 years helping people discover who God created them to be and how to faithfully live out their unique calling. Having served in ministry, missions, nonprofits, business, and leadership development, he understands both the opportunities and pressures that come with carrying influence.
The Formatio Way grew out of Joe's own journey of learning to step back from performance and achievement to recognize how God had been faithfully forming him through every season, relationship, success, disappointment, and turning point. That journey became the foundation for the frameworks and practices he now shares with others.
Rather than offering quick answers or personality tests, Joe creates a thoughtful, prayerful space where people can slow down, make sense of their story, recognize the gifts and strengths God has woven into their lives, and discern their next faithful step.
His passion is simple: helping followers of Jesus live from their God-given identity and steward their influence with greater clarity, purpose, and lasting impact.
